Starting in Castlerock. Get there along the A2, 8 miles northwest of Coleraine.
Mostly forest tracks combined with occasional sections on minor roads. Possible to extend into Banagher Forest and over Mullaghmore into Glenshane Forest. A tough day’s ride.

From Castlerock, ride through Downhill Forest and head up to Binevenagh. Pick up the Ulster Way and head south Ballyhanna Forest, Springwell Forest, Cam Forest and Gortnamoyagh Forest before descending off Benbradagh into Dungiven by road.

A tough day’s ride.

Castlerock: nice singletrack if you can find it, some construction there recently.
From there, up Binevenagh for a long easy climb, then you can get as far as Ringsend on quiet roads and forest tracks if you want. Best done with a guide, I cant remember the way and keep getting lost!
