Take the M1 motorway to Dundalk, coming off at Junction 18. Follow the signs for Carlingford and Bellurgan Park is approx 3 mile on the left.

The trail is used regularly by Dundalk's Cuchulainn CC, has hosted a number of XC Championship races, and is the venue for the annual 12 Hour Bull Raid MTB Race.
