Getting There

The entrance  to a six mile long Forest Drive through the forest is signposted from the A2 midway between Ballycastle and Cushendall, about 5 miles south-east of Ballycastle. Park in carpark on the NE side.

Trail Description

Ballypatrick Forest has good tourist facilities, with car park, toilets, waymarked walk, forest drive and a picnic site.  A reasonable amount of forest track, but no single track known.  Faint old path rideable south east from the forest along Clady Burn towards Cushendun.

Can form part of an epic with Ballycastle Forest and Slieveanorra Forest.
